Ingredients

- 1 lb chorizo
- 2 roasted poblano peppers, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar and Monterey Jack)
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the chorizo over medium heat until browned.
- Add the diced roasted poblanos and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to low and stir in the cream cheese until melted.
- Add the shredded cheese and stir until fully melted and combined.
- Mix in the diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
