Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine beef tips, chopped onion, beef broth, mushrooms, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, black pepper, and salt.
- Stir to combine all ingredients well.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the beef is tender.
- If you prefer a thicker gravy, mix cornstarch with a little water and stir it into the slow cooker during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Serve hot over rice or mashed potatoes.
