Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  2. Season the beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, pickles, and red onion.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and a pinch of salt and pepper to create the special sauce.
  5. Once the beef is cooked, let it cool slightly, then add it to the salad mixture.
  6. Drizzle the special sauce over the salad and toss to combine.
  7. Top with shredded cheese if desired and serve immediately.
