- 8 slider buns
- 8 slices of cheese (American or cheddar)
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup pickles
- Ketchup and mustard to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat a griddle or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions and form them into loose balls.
- Place the beef balls on the griddle and smash them down with a spatula to form patties.
- Season with salt and pepper and cook for about 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Flip the patties, add a slice of cheese on top, and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Toast the slider buns on the griddle until golden brown.
- Assemble the sliders by placing the patties on the buns and adding onions, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
