Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 slider buns
  • 8 slices of cheese (American or cheddar)
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup pickles
  • Ketchup and mustard to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat a griddle or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions and form them into loose balls.
  3. Place the beef balls on the griddle and smash them down with a spatula to form patties.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and cook for about 2-3 minutes until browned.
  5. Flip the patties, add a slice of cheese on top, and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the cheese melts.
  6. Toast the slider buns on the griddle until golden brown.
