Ingredients

  • 8 taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, onions, pickles, and your favorite sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Form the ground beef into small balls and place them in the skillet.
  3. Smash the beef balls down with a spatula to form patties.
