Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup pickles
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions and form into balls.
- Place the beef balls in the skillet and smash them down with a spatula to form patties.
- Season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- During the last minute of cooking, add cheese on top of the patties to melt.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
- Assemble the tacos by placing a patty on each tortilla and topping with onions, tomatoes, pickles, mayonnaise, and mustard.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
