Description

A delicious fusion of smash burgers and tacos, these Smash Burger Tacos are a viral sensation on TikTok that you won’t be able to resist!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup pickles
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions and form into balls.
  3. Place the beef balls in the skillet and smash them down with a spatula to form patties.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
