A refreshing and fruity Sparkling Rosé Sangria perfect for summer gatherings.
Ingredients

- 1 bottle of sparkling rosé wine (750ml)
- 1 cup of brandy
- 1 cup of orange juice
- 1 cup of mixed fresh fruits (strawberries, oranges, peaches, etc.)
- 1 cup of soda water or lemon-lime soda
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the sparkling rosé, brandy, and orange juice.
- Add the mixed fresh fruits and stir gently to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
- Just before serving, add the soda water or lemon-lime soda for a fizzy touch.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve over ice.

- Feel free to customize the fruit based on seasonal availability.
- For a sweeter sangria, add more soda or a splash of simple syrup.
