  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 lemon, juiced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Prepare the chicken by removing the backbone using kitchen shears to spatchcock it.
  3. Flatten the chicken by pressing down on the breastbone.
  4. Rub the chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and lemon juice.
  5. Place the chicken skin-side down on the grill and cook for 15 minutes.
  6. Flip the chicken and grill for an additional 10-15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  7. Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
