- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cranberries and diced jalapeno.
- In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, green onions, lime juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fold the cranberry and jalapeno mixture into the cream cheese mixture.
- Transfer the dip to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
- Serve warm with crackers or tortilla chips.
