- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1–2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with lime juice until smooth.
- In a food processor, blend the cranberries, jalapenos, sugar, and cilantro until finely chopped.
- Mix the cranberry mixture into the cream cheese until well combined.
- Fold in the chopped green onions.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

- Adjust the number of jalapenos based on your spice preference.
- Serve with crackers, chips, or fresh vegetables.
