Ingredients

- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup dill pickles, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup pickle juice
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Kettle chips for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add the chopped dill pickles and pickle juice, mixing well.
- Stir in the hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve with kettle chips for dipping.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more hot sauce or diced jalapeños.
- This dip can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
