Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steak with salt and pepper, then grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
  3. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly.
  4. In a skillet, heat a little olive oil over medium heat and sauté the diced bell peppers and onions until soft.
