Description

A refreshing and vibrant strawberry lemonade drink perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 cups water
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries and 1 cup of water. Blend until smooth.
  2. In a large pitcher, mix the strawberry puree with the freshly squeezed lemon juice and sugar.
  3. Add the remaining 3 cups of water to the pitcher and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  5. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar according to your taste.
  • For a fizzy version, replace some of the water with sparkling water.
  • This drink can be made a day in advance for convenience.
