Description
A refreshing and vibrant strawberry lemonade drink perfect for summer gatherings.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 cups water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries and 1 cup of water. Blend until smooth.
- In a large pitcher, mix the strawberry puree with the freshly squeezed lemon juice and sugar.
- Add the remaining 3 cups of water to the pitcher and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar according to your taste.
- For a fizzy version, replace some of the water with sparkling water.
- This drink can be made a day in advance for convenience.
