Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 cup cream-style corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, drained corn, cream-style corn, sour cream, cheese, bell pepper, onion, and taco seasoning.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
