Description

A creamy and flavorful dip inspired by traditional Mexican street corn, featuring cotija cheese and a zesty lime kick.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup cotija cheese, crumbled
  • 1 lime, juiced and zested
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the corn kernels, sour cream, mayonnaise, and cotija cheese.
  2. Add the lime juice, lime zest, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
