Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup cotija cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 teaspoon Tajín seasoning
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Instructions
