A delicious and juicy turkey breast marinated in a flavorful herb buttermilk mixture, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 1 turkey breast (about 4–5 pounds)
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine buttermilk, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the turkey breast in a large resealable bag and pour the marinade over it.
- Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Remove the turkey from the marinade and place it in a roasting pan.
- Roast the turkey for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For best results, marinate the turkey breast overnight.
- Adjust the herbs according to your preference.
- Leftover turkey can be used in sandwiches or salads.
