Ingredients

- 2 pounds of brisket
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of onion powder
- 1 cup of beef broth
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup of pickles, sliced
- 1 cup of onions, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker or grill to 225°F (107°C).
- Season the brisket with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place the brisket in the smoker and cook for about 6-8 hours, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 195°F (90°C).
- Remove the brisket from the smoker and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
- Slice the brisket thinly against the grain.
- Assemble the sliders by placing brisket on the slider buns, topped with pickles and onions.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the brisket overnight.
- Adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
- These sliders can be served with BBQ sauce on the side.
