Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds of brisket
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder
  • 1 cup of beef broth
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup of pickles, sliced
  • 1 cup of onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker or grill to 225°F (107°C).
  2. Season the brisket with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Place the brisket in the smoker and cook for about 6-8 hours, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 195°F (90°C).
  4. Remove the brisket from the smoker and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Slice the brisket thinly against the grain.
  6. Assemble the sliders by placing brisket on the slider buns, topped with pickles and onions.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
