Ingredients

  • 2 pounds smoked brisket, sliced
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup coleslaw
  • 1/4 cup pickles
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  2. Slice the smoked brisket into thin pieces.
  3. Lightly toast the slider buns on the grill.
  4. Assemble the sliders by placing brisket on the bottom half of each bun.
  5. Add a spoonful of barbecue sauce on top of the brisket.
  6. Top with coleslaw and pickles.
  7. Cover with the top half of the bun and serve immediately.
