- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup coleslaw
- 1/4 cup pickles
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat your grill or smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- Slice the smoked brisket into thin pieces.
- Lightly toast the slider buns on the grill.
- Assemble the sliders by placing brisket on the bottom half of each bun.
- Add a spoonful of barbecue sauce on top of the brisket.
- Top with coleslaw and pickles.
- Cover with the top half of the bun and serve immediately.
