Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, sugar, milk, vegetable oil, and eggs.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Fill a donut pan with the batter and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Let the donuts cool before glazing or dusting with powdered sugar.
Notes
- For a sweeter donut, add more sugar to the batter.
- These donuts can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Try adding chocolate chips for an extra treat!
