- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the sliced baguette on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Toast the bread in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- In a bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Once the bread is toasted, top each slice with the tomato mixture.
- Add a piece of burrata cheese on top of each bruschetta.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
