Ingredients

  • 1 French baguette, sliced
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Arrange the sliced baguette on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. Toast the bread in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  4. In a bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Once the bread is toasted, top each slice with the tomato mixture.
  6. Add a piece of burrata cheese on top of each bruschetta.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
