Ingredients

  • 4 ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 1 ball of burrata cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 baguette, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Remove the toasted baguette slices from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  5. Top each slice with the tomato mixture.
  6. Place a piece of burrata cheese on top of each bruschetta.
