- 1 ball of burrata cheese

- 1 baguette, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove the toasted baguette slices from the oven and let them cool slightly.
- Top each slice with the tomato mixture.
- Place a piece of burrata cheese on top of each bruschetta.
- Drizzle with additional olive oil if desired and serve immediately.
