Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 scoop collagen powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1/2 cup spinach (optional)
  • Ice cubes (as needed)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the diced mango, sliced banana, and coconut milk.
  2. Add the collagen powder and honey (if using).
  3. If desired, add spinach for extra nutrients.
