Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until warm but not boiling.
- Add the turmeric powder, cinnamon powder, and black pepper to the milk, whisking to combine.
- Stir in the honey or maple syrup if using, and continue to heat for another minute.
- Remove from heat and add the collagen powder, whisking until fully dissolved.
- If desired, stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour into a mug and enjoy warm.
