Description
A refreshing summer drink made with fresh watermelon, perfect for cooling off on hot days.
Ingredients

- 4 cups watermelon, cubed
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the watermelon cubes and water.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove pulp.
- Add lime juice and sugar, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness according to your taste.
- For a twist, add a splash of coconut water.
- Can be made a day in advance and stored in the fridge.
