A refreshing Watermelon Mojito Pitcher recipe perfect for summer gatherings.
Ingredients

- 4 cups watermelon, cubed
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 liter club soda
- 1 cup white rum (optional)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender, puree the watermelon until smooth.
- Strain the watermelon puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher.
- Add the mint leaves, lime juice, and sugar to the pitcher and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- If using, add the white rum and mix well.
- Just before serving, add the club soda and stir gently.
- Serve over ice and garnish with additional mint leaves and watermelon slices.
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, omit the white rum.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar based on your preference.
- Can be made a few hours in advance; just add club soda right before serving.
