- 1 large watermelon
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Slice the watermelon into thick rounds, about 1 inch thick.
- Place the watermelon slices on a serving platter.
- Spread a layer of Greek yogurt over each watermelon slice.
- Sprinkle granola evenly on top of the yogurt.
- Add mixed berries on top of the granola.
